I have known Dr Austera for 18 years. He is a warm, caring doctor who is totally committed to looking after his patients.
Exceptionally open to discussions about any health conditions in an open and non- defensive way.
He is considerate, kind and gentle, with a great sense of humour, which really matters in stressful circumstances.
He is thorough and thoughtful, sensitive and approachable, and I feel very lucky to have him as my GP!
